The workshop lies in the county seat of Zhongmou County with the coverage of 810,000 square meters, the building area of 280,000 square meters, the overall working staff of 1,900, 47 production lines with a annual output capacity of 60,000 automobiles. In 1999, it passed the ISO09001 Quality Certification System; in 2002, it passed the ISO09001-2000 Quality Certification System and in 2003 it passed the state's CCC Certification for the first plot.
